Engineering Traffic Manager

As the manager of our Traffic Management Center, you will lead complex programs and projects while guiding a team of engineers and consultants in the delivery of modern, efficient, and safe transportation systems. This role is instrumental in advancing RTC’s Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) strategies, including the continued development of a regional Traffic Management Center and integrated corridor operations.

You will work at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and strategy—overseeing projects from concept through implementation, collaborating with regional partners, and driving solutions such as signal coordination, real-time traffic management, and improved incident response.
