Las Brisas Boulevard between Brittania Drive and McCarran Boulevard
- Work is substantially complete.
- Contractor will be on site to complete minor work items throughout August.
- Two-way traffic anticipated to be maintained.
Los Altos Parkway between North Vista Boulevard and Goodwin Road
- Work is substantially complete.
- Contractor will be on site to complete minor work items throughout August.

SOMERSETT PARKWAY REHABILITATION (2024 CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE)

- Crews will begin at Mae Anne and progress to Del Webb Parkway with lowering utilities in preparation of the mill and full operation to follow.
- Traffic impacts will be minimal with minor delays in specific locations with flagger control.
- This activity will last 3-4 weeks.
ODDIE/WELLS PROJECT – PYRAMID WAY (SPARKS) TO I-80 WESTBOUND RAMPS (RENO)

- Intermittent lane shifts for punch item list work and landscape work.
SOUTH VIRGINIA STREET SAFETY & CAPACITY PROJECT – I-580 EXIT 29 TO LONGLEY LANE (RENO)

- Two lanes on each direction will remain open along South Virginia Street between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- At least one lane will be open on South Virginia Street starting at 6:00 p.m. everyday until 9:00 a.m. the next day (night work).
- Day work expected to resume in September.
STEAMBOAT PARKWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT – DAMONTE RANCH PARKWAY TO VETERANS PARKWAY

Construction is underway and will continue through Fall 2024. Paving operations will begin Tuesday, September 3, and continue through Friday, September 6. While roads will remain open during paving operations, through traffic is encouraged to use alternate routes, it possible.
September 2 – September 6
- Westbound Steamboat Parkway from Marketplace Drive to just east of the intersection of Steamboat Parkway/Veterans Parkway will be reduced to one lane.
- Northbound Veterans Parkway will see lane reductions.
- Expect intermittent closures at Marketplace Lane entrance/exit and at the driveway entrance to the shopping center near Twisted Fork. Shopping center access will be maintained at CVS and at Damonte Ranch/Promenade Way.
- Eastbound Steamboat Parkway will not be impacted.
- Additional paving operations are expected the week of September 9 at the Veterans Parkway/Steamboat Parkway intersection.
KIETZKE INTELLIGENT TRAFFIC SYSTEMS (ITS) PROJECT

Construction is underway for Kietzke ITS Project and will continue through mid October. Project limits start at the intersection of Manual Street and E 2nd Street to the intersection of E 2nd Street to Kietzke Lane. From there, the project continues in the southbound shoulder along Kietzke Lane to Mill Street.

- Shoulder closures and lane reductions in the southbound direction on Kietzke Lane between E. 2nd Street and Mill Street.
RALEIGH HEIGHTS REHABILITATION

- Limited on-street parking.

El Rancho Boulevard & G Street
- Intermittent lane closures will occur in all directions at this location as crews work o overhead signal systems and reconstruct the right turn lane from eastboud.
- Two-way travel will be maintained in all directions, but delays from reduced lanes should be expected during daytime non-peak hours.
Battle Born Way and Galletti Way
- Crews will begin work on the traffic signal system on Monday, August 20.
- Reduced lanes in eastbound direction.
- Shoulder and pedestrian access will be closed on the southeast corner of the intersection during daytime non-peak hours.
- Intermittent lane closures will occur in all directions as crew work on overhead signal systems.
- Two-way travel will be maintained in all directions, but delays from reduced lanes should be expected during daytime non-peak hours.
