PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Sparks Intelligent Corridors project will provide additional information to drivers in the Spanish Springs area regarding travel delays and recommended alternate routes. The project also proposes to automatically adjust traffic signal timings based on delays resulting from incidents or construction.

In addition, the project will install traffic signal fiber at the following locations:

• Baring Boulevard – Sparks Boulevard to Vista Boulevard
• Vista Boulevard – Baring Boulevard to Los Altos Parkway
• Los Altos Parkway – Sparks Boulevard to Ion Drive

LATEST NEWS
Communication improvements have been completed at all the applicable traffic signals. The dynamic traffic signal timing test on Sparks Boulevard will go live after New Year’s Day and virtual messaging test will go live shortly after that.
