RTC Ed-Pass is a partnership between RTC Washoe County, the Nevada Department of Transportation, the University of Nevada, Reno, Truckee Meadows Community College, Desert Research Institute, and Western Nevada College.
Ed-Pass is also available to college faculty and staff.
