RTC Customer Service assistance is available by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. by calling 775-348-RIDE (348-7433), TTY 1-800-326-6868 for trip planning assistance or you have any questions about our transit services.


RTC and RTC RIDE are not responsible for lost items, however if you lose something on an RTC RIDE bus, please report it as soon as possible and we will do what we can to help you locate your lost items. Please call 775-348-7433, or stop by the Customer Service information booth located in the north building at RTC 4TH STREET STATION. Let us know the route number and date and time of the loss. Found items are kept for one week and then disposed of. Perishable items are kept until the end of the day.
