New improvements were recommended by the community and the RTC Board as part of the RTC’s Transit Optimization Plan Strategies (TOPS) to improve transit in Washoe County. The TOPS recommendations are outlined on the RTC’s website.

The RTC will implement the following improvements in January 6, 2023:

• ROUTE 5: Removed ‘Desert Skies’ loop for weekend service and adjusted schedule for Saturday & Sunday.
• ROUTE 9: Weekend schedule adjustments
• ROUTE 11: Timing adjusted to remove amount of layover at 7^th & McCarran
• ROUTE 16: Weekday schedule adjusted to assist with transfers
