RTC Seeking Community Input at Sun Valley, Panther Valley Workshop Tonight; Meadowood, Hidden Valley Workshop Tomorrow
RENO, Nev. (December 9, 2025) – The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County invites residents of Sun Valley and Panther Valley to participate in a community workshop Tuesday, Dec. 9, to help shape the next phase of the RTC Neighborhood Network Plans, an ongoing initiative to make walking and biking safer across 12 neighborhoods in Washoe County. The meeting will take place from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the Hug High School cafeteria.
A second workshop focusing on the Meadowood and Hidden Valley neighborhoods is taking place Wednesday, Dec. 10, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Truckee Meadows Community College Meadowood Center, Room 512.
Surveys and interactive comment maps are available for anyone interested in providing input on the two focus neighborhoods at rtcwashoe.com/neighborhood.
