RTC Service Improvements Begin Saturday, May 4
Reno, Nevada (May 3, 2024) – The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County will begin service improvements Saturday, May 4.
In addition to expanding FlexRIDE through South Meadows, this change will add bus bays at the Meadowood Mall and increase frequency of service on Route 21 and the Virginia Line.
“We appreciate the public feedback we’ve received over the past year, which helped us make these adjustments,” said Alex Cruz, Senior Transit Planner for RTC. “These changes will help us meet the demand of our growing ridership.”
Residents and riders are encouraged to sign up for email updates on route changes and plan their trips at www.rtcwashoe.com, and to contribute to the 2050 Regional Transportation Plan Survey at www.rtcwashoe.com/rtp.
