Traffic Signal Improvements Scheduled for Prater Way and Fourth Street

The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County and Titan Electrical will implement intermittent closures during traffic signal improvements at the intersection of Prater Way and Fourth Street starting Monday, March 4.

Members of the public can expect shoulder and intermittent lane closures on Prater Way between Sixth Street and Shriver Boulevard, in addition to shoulder and intermittent lane closures on Fourth Street between G Street and Wright Way.

All turning movements and driveways will remain open, follow detours as marked.

ADA upgrades to pedestrian ramps at the intersection will take place during Washoe County School District (WCSD) Spring Break to minimize pedestrian inconvenience.
