Traffic Signal Replacement Scheduled for Prater Way and Fourth Street

Reno, Nevada (March 22, 2024) – The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County and Titan Electrical will implement a temporary all-way stop at the intersection of Prater Way and Fourth Street starting Monday, March 25. This configuration is expected to be in place for four weeks while the traffic signal system is replaced.

All turning movements and driveways will remain open, follow detours as marked.

Upgrades at the intersection are taking place during Washoe County School District (WCSD) Spring Break to minimize pedestrian inconvenience.
