PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project will make  the following safety and operational improvements:

Moana Lane and Baker Lane – new traffic signal
Prater Way and Fourth Street in Sparks – traffic signal upgrades
Sparks Boulevard and Mesa Meadows Drive –  crosswalk and intersection improvements.
An Intersection Control Evaluation at the Red Rock Road/US 395/ North Virginia Street intersections.

LATEST NEWS
Construction is substantially complete. A new traffic signal at the Moana Lane and Baker Lane intersection was activated on June 20, 2024.
