Agency Services
Agency Services provides comprehensive administrative support across the RTC, including the Administrative Services, Engineering, Planning, and Public Transportation departments.
Key functions:

Communications
The Communications team keeps the public informed about RTC’s projects, services, and initiatives. Through regular press releases and timely updates, the department ensures transparency and fosters a strong connection between the RTC and the community it serves. Clear, consistent, and accessible communication is at the heart of everything they do.

Human Resources

Security & Safety
The Security and Safety team safeguards both passengers and employees by maintaining a secure, safe, and resilient environment. Through careful planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of security, safety, and emergency operations, this team ensures the RTC remains a trusted and secure transit system for all.
