Ways to Pay

Fares for RTC ACCESS services must be paid using a valid ticket. Tickets can be purchased at various outlet locations, via mail, online, or through the Token Transit mobile app. While anyone can buy RTC ACCESS tickets, only RTC ACCESS Members with a valid RTC ACCESS ID are eligible to use them. Please note that drivers do not sell tickets, accept cash, or accept tips.

RTC transit riders can buy bus passes on their phones and show a digital bus pass on the screen to board. Users simply download the free Token Transit app on their smart phone, and link it to a credit or debit card. A digital bus pass display is shown to the driver as the passenger gets on board.

Stored ride passes provide an exact number of trips and do not expire until all trips have been used.

Buy Tickets Online

RTC ACCESS riders must use a valid credit or debit card to purchase tickets online. RTC ACCESS ticktets may be purchased online as Single Ride (2-tickets) or 10-ride Ticket Book options. Passes will be mailed to the shipping address within 1 – 3 days of submitting the order.
