Project Description
RTC’s McCarran Boulevard Safety and Operational Improvements project is a multi-year effort that seeks to: identify segment limits and associated scope of improvements throughout the McCarran Boulevard corridor, in alignment with established RTP transportation goals and associated performance monitoring processes, implement strategic prioritization and tracking of proposed improvements, utilize data obtained and resulting prioritization to pursue future funding opportunities; and advance two (2) segments of the corridor to final design and construction. The limits associated with these (2) segments are approximately defined as included per the RTC Street and Highway Program for Fiscal Year 2024.

Task Order No. 1 of the MSA is complete. RTC is coordinating with the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) to explore funding options which, will determine how the project advances.
