PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Pyramid Highway Intelligent Corridor project will provide additional information to drivers in the Spanish Springs area regarding travel delays and recommended alternate routes. The project also proposes to automatically adjust traffic signal timings based on delays resulting from incidents or construction.
In addition, the project will install traffic signal fiber at the following locations:
- Baring Boulevard – Sparks Boulevard to Vista Boulevard
- Vista Boulevard – Baring Boulevard to Los Altos Parkway
- Los Altos Parkway – Sparks Boulevard to Ion Drive

Design of the project is ongoing. Testing of software and installation of fiber is expected to occur in Fall 2023.
