FlexRIDE is RTC’s on-demand, curbside-to-curbside transit service available in select areas of Sparks, Spanish Springs, Somersett, Verdi, South Meadows, and North Valleys. Schedule rides through the RTC Connect app or by phone and get picked up close to your location for the same fare as standard RTC RIDE service.

RTC ACCESS provides door-to-door, pre-scheduled transportation for eligible riders with disabilities who are unable to use RTC RIDE independently some or all of the time. This ADA paratransit service helps ensure safe and reliable mobility for qualifying passengers.

RTC Regional Connector passengers enjoy an easy commute between Reno and Carson City on coaches featuring cloth reclining seats, individual climate control, and storage space for small personal items. You can even surf to work using our free wifi.

RTC Vanpool offers a convenient and cost-effective way to commute for groups of 4 to 14 people traveling similar routes and schedules. Vanpooling reduces commuting costs, lowers vehicle wear, and helps ease traffic throughout the Truckee Meadows.

This subsidized rides voucher program helps provide reliable and affordable transportation using Lyft or Uber for eligible Washoe County residents. The program serves residents age 60 and older, RTC ACCESS clients of any age, and Washoe County Veterans, based on available funding.

RTC Smart Trips makes commuting easier by supporting alternatives like carpooling, biking, walking, and transit in the Reno, Sparks, and Truckee Meadows area. The program offers ride matching, commute tracking, and incentives that help reduce traffic, improve air quality, and save money.
