PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Improve capacity and safety by widening Moya Boulevard (one lane on each direction) between Red Rock Boulevard and Echo Avenue, including addition of multi-use path and sidewalk.

LATEST NEWS
Jacobs Engineering is performing preliminary design and analysis. Thirty percent design plans are anticipated by August 2025. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2027.
