Project Description
The Keystone Avenue Safety and Traffic Improvements project limits are from 1st Street to 7th Street. Proposed improvements include intersection operation improvements, roadway/travel lane improvements, and multimodal improvements. The project will also improve ADA accessible facilities, drainage facilities, and will relocate existing overhead utilities.
