Project Description
This project will construct a new traffic signal on Sparks Boulevard at the Ion Drive / Sawgrass Lane intersection in order to improve safety and traffic operations.
Latest News
The construction of roadway improvements is complete at the intersection. Work is now paused while we wait for signal equipment to be delivered. The project is anticipated to be completed sometime in early Fall 2026. Drivers can anticipate minimal lane closures while work is paused, though crews may have intermittent lane closures during the day as they address outstanding items.
