Project Description
The project scope includes design and construction improvements along the following Intersections:
South Virginia Street at Kietzke Lane
- Lengthen southbound to westbound left-hand turn lane on Virginia Street
- Restripe the eastbound to northbound left-turn lane on Kietzke Lane for dual left turns
McCarran Boulevard and Mira Loma Drive
- Widen Mira Loma Drive on the north side to allow dual westbound to southbound left turns
- Enhance bicycle and pedestrian movement through the intersection with a multiuse path
- Construct crosswalk with flashing beacons on Mira Loma Drive near Parkview Apartments
- Construct new Mira Loma park entrance on McCarran Boulevard
McCarran Boulevard and Evans Avenue
- Restripe Evans Avenue to allow dual northbound to westbound left turns
