Project Description
This project includes pedestrian, multimodal and ADA improvements. There are also, intersection improvements at Vine Street and lighting improvements throughout the neon line corridor.
Latest News
The paving is complete. Signal work at Vine Street is complete. There will be a 4th on Fourth parade July 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the corridor and a Flip the switch event on July 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. for the traffic signal and Neon corridor lighting. All Work is expected to be complete in early Summer 2026.
