Project Description
This project includes pedestrian, multimodal and ADA improvements. There are also, intersection improvements at Vine Street and lighting improvements throughout the neon line corridor.

The paving is complete. Signal work at Vine Street continues. Work is expected to be complete in late Spring 2026.
